EMBAC Membership

EMBAC would like to put forth some potential changes to our bylaws for consideration by the membership. There are several proposed changes, presented with the intent to improve the alignment of our bylaws.

This library entry is the marked up version showing those proposed changes.

EMBAC is required to put forth any proposed changes to the bylaws a minimum of 30 days before calling for a vote which can be conducted via email. There is no firm date yet for the official call for a vote, but an email is being sent Sept. 26th to VOTING members only, to alert them about the proposed bylaws changes. That email is NOT the call for a vote; it is just an alert so they can review the changes.

We will also plan to discuss them during the annual conference in Atlanta Oct. 5 – 8, 2025.
