Hi Joshua - Our program isn't hybrid but students have the option to attend virtually (synchronous) with some required, in-person events. While this isn't an exact match to your question, we have a quite a few students who are reserve and even active duty. Recently, I had a student get deployed right before the end of the program. We have a big, in-person project that culminates right before commencement. For him, we allowed him to record his piece of the final presentation. I've students get deployed earlier or in the middle of the program. We tend to waive those requirements and do our best to allow them to either take a leave or finish things up remotely. Because each situation is different, it is a lot of working with individual faculty to find a solution for that particular student, but we try to just make it work however we can.

Subject: Question: Hybrid EMBA programs - Veteran Students - who are stuck overseas.
Hello EMBAC Colleagues,
At the Leavey School of Business, our EMBA program follows a hybrid format. Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, one of our veteran students currently in Qataris unable to travel back to campus for residency.
For those of you managing hybrid EMBA programs with students impacted by this situation, how are you supporting their continued academic engagement and learning?
Thank you for your support.
Best,
